How do you ensure client safety?

I follow strict hygiene and safety protocols. This includes using sterilised equipment, high-quality products, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Is a deposit required to book?

Yes, a deposit is required to secure your appointment. This ensures that your slot is reserved and helps us manage our schedule effectively. The deposit amount will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.

What qualifications do you have?

I am a certified aesthetics practitioner. My qualifications include Advanced Botulinum Toxxin, Advanced Dermal Fillers, Anatomy & Physiology Level 3 & 4, Dermaplaning, Chemical Peels, Meso Therapy, Microneedling, Vitamin Injections, Complications Management, Fat Dissolving, Skin Boosters and Plasma Treatment.

POLICIES & TERMS

1. Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the slot to another client. Late cancellations may result in a charge of 50% of the treatment cost.

2. Late Arrival Policy

To ensure a smooth schedule for all our clients, please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your treatment to accommodate others. Your understanding is appreciated.

3. Deposit Policy

A deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if you reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice.

4. Health and Safety Policy

Your safety is our priority. We adhere to strict hygiene protocols and use only sterilised equipment and high-quality products. Please inform us of any medical conditions or allergies prior to your treatment to ensure your safety and comfort.

5. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. All personal information shared during your consultation and treatments is kept confidential and secure. We do not share your information with third parties without your explicit consent.

6. Payment Policy

Payment is required at the time of service. We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and cash. For treatments requiring a deposit, the remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment. Please ensure you have the necessary funds available. If you have any questions about payment methods or require a receipt, please contact us ahead of your appointment.
